Vero V is OSMC’s flagship device. We’ve taken some time to answer the most common questions you may have about it.
The remote controller is not working, what can I do?
The plastic tab should be removed from the battery lid. A LED is visible during operation. If no LED is visible, change the battery. If the LED is visible but the remote does not work, re-pair the remote. You can do so by holding the Home and OK buttons on your remote for a few seconds.
Is there a manual?
A setup guide and user manual will be included in your package. For your reference, you can also locate it here.
How do I change the Vero remote battery?
The Vero remote uses a CR2032 battery. This type of battery is also used in watches and can be obtained from most jewellers. You may however find these batteries cheaper online. You should only need to replace your battery once every couple of years.
Please note that the battery is not covered under warranty as it is considered a consumable.
